What Is the Camp LeJeune Justice Act?

​Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 is critical legislation passed by Congress and signed into law by President Biden August 10th, 2022. The legislation removes obstacles preventing victims of Camp Lejeune water contamination from seeking justice for their injuries.  The Camp Lejeune Justice Act allows those exposed to toxic water carcinogens at Camp Lejeune to seek justice for their cancer and other related injuries.
