Jackey White South

Born in Bitburg, Germany, on May 24, 1954, Jackey graduated as a Student of Distinction from Arkansas State University in 1975 (B.A.). After several years in the property management field, Jackey attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1987.

Jackey practiced law in Arkansas for three (3) years prior to relocating to Southwest Louisiana. In 1991, Jackey was admitted to the Louisiana Bar and began practicing with Lundy & Davis, L.L.P. in September, 1991. In 1998, Jackey was admitted to the Texas Bar. Jackey is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Easter and Western Districts of Arkansas, and Western District of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

Jackey is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Southwest Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel (Secretary 1994), Kiwanis Club of Lake Charles and the League of Women Voters.

Jackey is married to Robin Semple and they have four sons, Roger, Tyler, Harrison and Scot. Jackey is active in church and sporting activities with her sons.
